We offer unique photographic services with little or no impact on the environment...either indoors or out. Simply put, Upshots are photographs taken from a very tall, very sophisticated and very portable tripod. Lightweight (under 75 pounds), and extremely portable, (it rolls in on its own two wheels) it can reach its maximum height of 45 feet in minutes.

We are currently working in digital format, pre-viewing the image through a state of the art video downlink on a 9 inch, battery powered color monitor. Upshots is far superior than shooting from a cherry picker, helicopter or small plane. It features lower cost, greater mobility, absolutely no noise or air pollution, safety, and since we are still shooting from a land-based tripod, the stability to shoot in very low light. All these factors allow for us to roll into pristine landscaped gardens, interior spaces or restricted spaces and provide breathtaking views from a perspective never before seen.

Pricing is based on the number of positions from which the tripod is extended. The first 'lift' is $750.00 with each additional positions billed at $250.00. Variations in heights and focal lengths (wide angle or telephoto) used at each position are NOT billed extra and are included in the fee for that position. Travel and expenses are additional.
